Amy is inspired by creative minds and innovative thinkers who bring their skills and imagination to businesses large and small. Experienced in a wide variety of transactions – including corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financing, and securities compliance – Amy's background as a paralegal uniquely positions her to hold both the big picture and nuanced detail of business deals. As an artist, she's especially interested in helping creative talent protect their ideas and works. Amy serves as the Project Office Chair for the Junior League of Seattle’s Northwest Art Project, and as the Treasurer of the King County chapter of Washington Women Lawyers.
